We want you to love your new jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn necklaces, rings, and earrings in their original packaging. Simply initiate a return within a month of delivery for a full refund or an exchange for a different style.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Secure Your Jewelry

  Place the items in their original jewelry box and use protective padding to ensure pieces arrive back to us without damage.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
